In January 1992 the Americans with Disabilities Act was passed by the Department of Justice civil rights division.  This amendment is designed to give the disabled the rights to everyday activities. Today, many businesses still discriminate. Let them know that this behavior is not acceptable in this country of equality.

The artist is a Kerry Richburg; she is a woman that uses 2 seizure response dogs, to give her quality in life.  With her experiences with discrimination, and the abuse, she has become a loud voice for the rights of the disabled and their legitimate service animals.
